• Field Green Salad (dressed with Apricots, Almonds, Goat Cheese, our House-Made Balsamic).

• Wood Fired Pizzas, served buffet style. We prepare a variety of pizzas including traditional such as pepperoni, cheese, & sausage, our unique specialty pizzas including Sticky fingers, Elote, Pickle pizza, & the Purple Pig. We have a wonderful selection of vegetarian options as well as seasonal, gluten free, & vegan too!

• San Pellegrino Italian Sodas

• Italian Cannoli for dessert or you may choose an alternative dessert for an additional cost. (Seasonal bread pudding or trifles)

• No need to stress about the smaller details! We supply Recyclable Paper Products (plates, napkins, silverware)

• Wood-Roasted Veggie Platter (seasonal vegetables)

Basic Package Includes:

• Vibrant, Interactive Dining Experience

• Two hour service time, parties above 125 will be two and a half hours. Each additional hour will cost $300.

• Buffet Style Catering

  • 12 ft. Table

  • White & Red Checkered Linens

• Pricing Begins w/ 50 People or Less

  • $10 Each Additional Person 

Pricing:

• Upon Booking a 50% Deposit is Required

• Initial Rate of: $1,800 for 50 guests or less, than each additional guest will cost $10/person. Gratuity is added to final bill for truck staff.

  • The Maximum Traveling Distance is 50 miles from Valparaiso

• Additional Food (as described above): Varies Depending on Group Size

Truck Requirements:

• We Require a 20 x 18 Area for Full Setup

• We Require Access to a 110 Watt Outlet

• We Require a Flat Surface to Park

  • (We are able to park on a variety of surfaces, however beware some damage may occur to grassy or non-concrete areas.)

• Alloted Time Before Event to Set Up
